HOW TO REQUEST
Email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- Whether you want a replacement or refund
All approved claims are processed within 5-7 business days.
WHAT WE DON’T COVER
- Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
- Change of mind
- Items returned without prior approval
SIZING
All products include a size guide on the product page. We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
